Andrew R. Curran

DO, FAAOS

Dr. Curran is a graduate of Nampa High School. He attended medical school at Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, graduating summa cum laude in 1994. He stayed in Chicago to complete a residency in orthopedic surgery at Rush University. His sports medicine fellowship was done at Harvard-affiliated New England Baptist Hospital with the Boston Celtics in 1999. After practicing in the Treasure Valley for 16 years, he was recruited in 2016 to bring his Sports Medicine experience to ISMI to help with Boise State University Football. Since then, he has served as a team physician for Boise State University and as the Medical Director of Treasure Valley Hospital. Dr. Curran enjoys time in the outdoors doing a variety of activities, including skiing, mountain biking, and wakesurfing. He also likes participating in medical mission work and is a devoted husband and father of three children.
